and I woke up with mad sinus pressure and some congestion and a sore throat.
its been a long day.
I started laundry, its still sitting in the dryer.
I had today off because I had a dr appt in GSO. Lane also has thursdays off so we went together.. it was fun, my dr appt was shorter than I thought and we got to see some friends and eat dinner with them. :)
It was a good day…

I can’t believe I’ve lost 19lbs since Oct 2nd.
It feels great!
NOW I need to go buy a new pair of jeans with xmas moneys.
all mine are big. BUT I’ve just been wearing a belt but they still sag… SO I kinda wanna wait til I get to my goal weight.. which is only 11lbs away!
:) I’m trying not to focus on the numbers. but I haven’t felt gross about myself in...
